Technical Project for Renord – Event at East End Studios, Milan
For Renord’s corporate event held at the Spazio Antologico of East End Studios in Milan, BDM Event Factory delivered a comprehensive technical production, overseeing every aspect of the setup with top-tier equipment and precise execution.
Our team managed the entire technical direction, from setup to dismantling, ensuring a continuous on-site presence and reliable technical support throughout the entire event.
Dinner Area: Control Room, Stage Production and Content Management
On the main stage, we provided:
- Audio service with a dedicated system for both stage and room, including ambient sound diffusion and amplification for the evening’s guest star.
- Lighting service with suspended truss structures and over 40 fixtures to create soft ambient lighting, targeted stage spots, and scenic perimeter enhancement.
- Video service featuring a central LED wall measuring 5.5 x 3 meters, with dedicated structures and graphic control for content management, plus an on-stage monitor for text reading.
- Stage structures included a 10x4 meter platform, designed to host both institutional speeches and live music performances after dinner, with two additional risers for the band setup.
Dance Area: DJ Set and Special Effects
For the second part of the evening, focused on dancing and entertainment, we installed:
- A high-power sound system to support the DJ performance.
- A dynamic lighting setup with moving heads on trusses and theatrical lights for an energetic show.
- A 4x2 meter DJ stage.
- Special effects including laser lights and a fog machine with diffuser, to create an immersive dance floor atmosphere.
The entire event was handled with the care and professionalism that define our work. The result was a well-calibrated, engaging experience tailored to both the client’s needs and the venue’s potential.
